Within the CEARES-Network there are possibilities to set up groups. The first CEARES group is the CEARES-ATM initiative which is composed of those research organisations which are mainly linked to air transport research. Although one of the goals of CEARES is to enhance the communication among air transport and aeronautics experts, it is clear that there are significant differences among the two fields. As a results, some of the CEARES members and some of the CEARES supporters (incl. an Advisory Board member and a CEARES workshop chairman) set up the CEARES ATM group to make joint actions in the field of air traffic management.

 

 

 

 

The first action of this group was the organisation of the „extra” CEARES Workshop on SESAR in December 2009.
